For the first time millions of diamond particles are found in heating the flame by a group of researchers from Scotland, recently. Although initially not accidentally do the research, the results have proved the greatness of science.
Dr. Wuzong Zhou, University of St Andrews, in eastern Scotland, who led the study looked at the candle flame heating is carefully and analyze the particles formed by the combustion reaction. The result, he concluded that the shiny particles in the center of the candle flame is the diamond nanoparticles. According to him, about 1.5 million diamond nanoparticles are formed in the candle flame of fire every second. (Zeenews / ADO)
